To improve depression care in medically underserved communities, the John A. Hartford Foundation is proud to announce $1.94 million in grants to five non-profit community health centers in Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, and Montana. Funding comes from Hartford and the federal Social Innovation Fund. Grants will help centers implement Project IMPACT, an evidence-based depression care model that doubles the benefits of usual depression treatment.
