Carole Campbell, President and Geriatric Care Manager, comes with a vast amount of experience in the geriatric and resource field. She is an RN, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Certified Case Manager and a previous Director of Operations for long term care corporations. Her expertise in compiling and accessing a wide variety of resources via interdisciplinary approaches will provide the results you need. The well rounded sphere of experience at CoverageComplete, Inc. gives us the ability to relate to you, the family member, caregiver, and your loved one.

Carole Campbell, the President of CoverageComplete, Inc. has been involved in Healthcare for over 30 years and has spent her career understanding the needs of our older loved ones.  She comes not only with the experience in acute care, but also years of experience in long term care.  Working with seniors is now and has been a passion of hers.  She is dedicated to ensuring that  seniors are respected and that yours and your loved one’s needs are heard, addressed and implemented as feasibly as possible.

Coupled with the experience she brings, it can only mean a good marriage between all parties.  She is a native of Charleston, SC, has the resources, the connections and the sense of community needed to partner with you on this journey.

 

Victoria Crenshaw is a Geropsychologist who has devoted her career to the care and services of older adults in the acute, post acute, assisted living, home health and hospice environments. She has served as an Administrator for Transitional Care in a hospital setting as well as 10 years for one of the largest skilled nursing facilities in this area. She was also a former Regional Director of Operations for healthcare providers and a professor of Gerontology.

Uniquely qualified as a Geriatric Care Manager with a Masters of Science in Gerontology and a Doctorate in Developmental Psychology with a specialty in aging. She has demonstrated expertise in the many complex issues of geriatric services through assessing, advising, developing and managing comprehensive plans of care. She functions as a liaison between the client and service providers to assist in navigating through uncertainties and to identify potential issues before they become a problem. When quality is driving your decisions have confidence that Dr. Crenshaw has the appropriate education, training, experience and passion to provide excellent service to clients and peace of mind that goes with knowing that a strategy is being executed and monitored by a professional.
